Linklaters Paris partner and counsel leave to start business crime boutique

A duo from Linklaters’ Paris office has left the firm to launch a new boutique firm specializing in business crime. Former Linklaters counsel Emmanuel Moyne and partner Kiril Bougartchev will head up the firm, named Bourgartchev Moyne Associés. According to a statement issued by Bougartchev and Moyne, the firm aims to develop an open partnership business structure to build a leading firm in the French business litigation arena. Linklaters’ Paris office has recruited from several firms recently after losing a number of partners in the past few years.
