Covington revenue up 9% in London and 13% globally

Covington & Burling has reported its latest financial figures, revealing 9 per cent revenue growth in London and 13 per cent globally. London revenue increased from $63.6m to $69.5m, with global revenue up from $742.5m to $838.5m. Profit per equity partner (PEP) increased by 16 per cent, coming at $1.5m, while headcount grew by 45 lawyers to a total of 838. Tim Hester, Covington chair, credits the growth to the firm’s investments over the past few years, including bringing on new partners to expand its London office.
