Slaughters promotes seven while Macfarlanes makes up three

Slaughter and May has announced that it has made up seven new partners, five of whom are based in its City office. The firm's London promotions include Susan Hughes, Phil Linnard, Duncan Blaikie, Filippo de Falco and Christian Boney. The firm also promoted Kerry O’Connell in Brussels and Natalie Yeung in Hong Kong. The firm made up 10 partners last year and four in 2015. Macfarlanes’ promotions include Richard Burrows, Jeremy Moncrieff and Sarah Ward, all of whom will become partners on 1 May. Macfarlanes promoted six new partners in 2016.
