Pinsent Masons’ Carolyn Saunders to take over as London managing partner

Pinsent Masons has announced that pensions head Carolyn Saunders will take over as London managing partner as of May 2017. She replaces former managing partner David Ryan, who stepped down after 14 years as managing partner and a total of 16 years as a member of Pinsents’ management team. Saunders has two decades of pensions experience, and served as partner and head of pensions at Taylor Wessing before joining Pinsents. According to managing partner John Cleland, Saunders’ experience will help the firm continue growing as an international firm.
