DLA promotes 17 in US among 46 globally

DLA Piper has announced its latest promotions round, during which the firm made up 46 new partners globally. Promotions in the US decreased slightly from 18 last year to 17 this year, although the US still made up the largest portion of total promotions. In the UK, promotions were halved compared to last year, declining from 8 to 4. Other regions represented in this promotion round included Continental Europe, the UAE, China and Australia. Women made up 26 per cent of this year’s promotions. Promotions went into effect on 1 January in the US, and 1 May for the remaining regions.
