Kennedys to merge with US insurance firm in June

Kennedys will merge with Carroll McNulty & Kull, a US insurance firm, as of 1 June. Following the merger, Kennedys’ lawyer headcount will increase by 100 to a new global total of 975. Carroll McNulty will operate as Kennedys CMK after the merger. The US firm’s offices in New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Texas will bring Kennedys’ total number of offices to 32. CMK co-founder Chris Carroll will join the global strategy board at Kennedys. Founding partners Gary Kill and Joseph McNulty, along with managing partner Margaret Catalano, will transition along with the rest of CMK during the merger.
