Ashurst and ADTLaw form alliance in Singapore
Ashurst has received approval from the Legal Services Regulatory Authority of Singapore to enter into a formal alliance with Singapore firm ADTLaw. The alliance will operate as Ashurst ADTLaw, and will focus on corporate and M&A matters, banking and finance, complex arbitration and civil litigation. The nine-lawyer firm was established in 2013 by commercial lawyer Dawn Tan, who is qualified in Singapore, New York, England and Wales. According to Ashurst managing partner Paul Jenkins, the alliance is part of the firm’s strategy of continued growth in Singapore, which is a key international hub for Ashurst.
