Travers Smith promotes four new partners in all-female round

Travers Smith LLP has completed its first all-female partnership round, with a total of four lawyers promoted to the firm’s partnership. The promotions include tax lawyer Hannah Manning, real estate lawyer Emma Pereira, private equity lawyer Emma Havas, and litigation specialist Heather Gagen. Manning and Pereira started their careers at Travers Smith, while Havas trained at Slaughter and May and Gagen trained at Hogan Lovells. Senior partner Chris Hale said the promotions represent a cohort with a strong track record of client service. The promotions will go into effect as of 1 July.
