Simpson Thacher appoints new City head while Mayer Brown replaces senior partner
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Mayer Brown have both announced recent transitions in their City offices.
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett private funds partner Jason Glover will become the firm’s new managing partner in London. He replaces Gregory Conway, who stepped down following 10 years in the position.
Mayer Brown litigator Sally Davies has been named as the firm’s next London senior partner. She takes over the position from Sean Connolly, who stepped down from the role at the end of March. Connolly will reportedly remain at Mayer Brown as a partner.
