Hogan Lovells NQ pay increases by 5%
Hogan Lovells has implemented its latest round of pay increases in the UK. Newly-qualified (NQ) lawyers saw their salaries increase by 5% to £71,500, while first- and second-year trainees saw a £1,000 increase, bringing their new salaries to £44,000 and £49,000, respectively. Hogan Lovells determines pay for lawyers with one year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) according to merit-based system within established salary bands. The new pay rates went into effect as of 1 May 2017.
