Six-strong Osborne Clarke team leaves to start spin-off firm in Cologne

A six-lawyer team from the Cologne office of Osborne Clarke has left the firm to launch a new spin-off, which will also be located in Cologne. The team includes partners Oliver Esch and Karsten Lisch, who headed up Osborne Clarke’s procurement team in its Cologne office. Four additional lawyers from the procurement team will join the partners in the new spin-off, which will operate as Esch Banner Lisch. The Cologne office, which is one of Osborne Clarke’s largest in Germany, has not announced plans to rebuild the procurement practice.
