HSF Singapore associate firm hires Latham partner

Latham & Watkins corporate partner Eugene Lee has been hired by Prolegis, a Singapore based firm that operates as an associate law firm of Herbert Smith Freehills. Lee joins from the Hong Kong office of Latham, and was with the firm for 12 years. Prior to joining Latham, he worked at firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Drew & Napier and Debevoise & Plimpton. Prolegis, which specializes in corporate and commercial matters, was launched in 2012.
