BLM to slash up to 15% of staff roles
Berrymans Lace Mawer (BLM) is seeking to reduce its staff headcount by considering cuts to various support roles. The redundancies are expected to affect up to 15% of the firm’s business support roles. BLM has offered voluntary redundancy to more than 300 employees during a process expected to be completed by the end of June. Senior partner Mike Brown said the firm included a review of support teams across its offices as part of an overall business improvement programme. The redundancies are a result of increased investment in technology and an agile work system.
