Luther calls off merger talks with Addleshaws
German firm Luther is reported to have called off merger discussions with Addleshaw Goddard, which has been seeking a combination with a German firm. Luther operates offices in ten German locations, along with international bases such as Brussels, London, Luxembourg, Shanghai, Singapore and Yangon. The firm reported 2015/16 turnover of €124m, of which €110.3m came from its German offices. Addleshaws reported £201.8m in revenues for the 2015 financial year, and has stated that the firm aims to reach the £250m mark by 2017/18.
