Eversheds Sutherland debuts ‘ES Disrupt’ start-up service
Eversheds Sutherland has announced the launch of ‘Eversheds Disrupt,’ a service that offers legal services for start-ups and other fast-growth companies. The advice is provided online, and focuses on matters such as company formation, funding, corporate compliance, hiring procedures and trading contracts.
The service is fully owned and funded by Eversheds, which has thus far invested approximately £200,000 in the service.
Eversheds Sutherland trainee Jocey Nelson proposed the idea for ES Disrupt based on her prior experience at tech incubator Techtopia.
