DLA Piper introduces open plan pilot program in London
DLA Piper is establishing an exhibition space in its London office to introduce its teams to an open plan workspace. The firm will trial the open space concept in preparation for its upcoming 2018 move to an open plan environment. The transition involves 80 ‘change champions’ who will work with teams to shift to an open plan concept while moving toward a paperless workflow. The new office will follow a hybrid plan of 25 per cent offices and 75 per cent open spaces. COO Andrew Darwin said the firm will allow team members to provide feedback on furniture and layout options.
