Shoosmiths hires Gordons litigation partner in Leeds

Shoosmiths has hired commercial litigation partner Matthew Howarth from Gordons. He will join Shoosmiths’ Leeds office as head of its commercial litigation practice. Since launching a Leeds office in December 2016, Shoosmiths has brought on three other partners from Gordons prior to hiring Howarth. Howarth specializes in professional negligence recovery claims, confidential information claims, shareholder actions and warranty disputes for banks and other companies.
