Andrew Grech steps down as Slater and Gordon managing director

A new Slater and Gordon (S&G) recapitalization deal has resulted in group managing director Andrew Grech stepping down from his position, effective as of 29 June. Furthermore, the firm’s entire board will be replaced as part of the deal. Hayden Stephens and Ken Fowlie will remain in their roles as Australia chief executive and UK chief executive, respectively. Following the transition, Grech will become a non-executive director with S&G.
