Ashurst NQ salaries increased to £72,000

Ashurst has announced salary raises for its trainees and associates. The firm has raised first-year trainee pay by £1,000 to £42,000, while second-year trainees will also receive an additional £1,000, bringing their salaries to £47,000. The firm has raised NQ salaries by £2,000 for a new rate of £72,000. Lawyers within the 1PQE and 2PQE level will all see a £1,000 increase, with 1PQE lawyers receiving £76,000 and 2PQE lawyers receiving £86,000. Lawyers at the 3PQE stage will be paid £95,000, excluding bonuses.
