Ashurst appoints three partners to global board

Ashurst is revamping its board line-up for the first time since its recent Australian merger, with three new partners being named to the firm’s global board. Among the new board members is Karen Davies, an M&A partner based in London. She is joined by Syndney-based tax partner Barbara Phair along with restructuring partner James Marshall. The new board members replace Jennie Mansfield, Angel Pearson and Roger Davies, whose terms have come to an end.
