DLA acquires 60-lawyer boutique in Los Angeles
DLA Piper has expanded its presence in the US through an acquisition of Liner, a boutique firm based in Los Angeles. Stuart Liner, the firm’s founder, currently serves as managing partner. The firm includes two locations in Los Angeles along with an office in New York. According to Roger Meltzer, DLA Americas co-chairman, the boutique firm is an ideal fit for DLA and will help the firm expand throughout the region.
