RPC autumn retention comes in at 82%
London-based RPC has revealed its autumn trainee retention rate, which came in at 82%. The figure represents a 15% increase over last year’s retention rate. Of the firm’s second-year trainees in London, 14 of 17 will stay with the firm to take on newly-qualified (NQ) roles. RPC’s London office will keep 12 NQs, while one lawyer will head to Bristol and another to Hong Kong. This year’s autumn NQs will join a variety of practice areas, including insurance, corporate, commercial disputes, IP and technology, construction and projects, media and commercial contracts.
