Latham hires Quinn partner David Berman

Latham & Watkins David Berman, a financial regulatory partner from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. He is Latham’s second partner hire from Quinn Emanuel thus far in 2017. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel last year, Berman served as head of financial services at Macfarlanes. He will join Latham as a partner in the firm’s financial institutions group, and is expected to start next week.
