Stephenson Harwood introduces work from home scheme

Stephenson Harwood has launched a new work from home program in which fee-earners can work from home one day per week. The program will initially be rolled out in the firm’s London office. In the scheme, fee-earners can work from home one day per week and support staff one day per fortnight. Some support staff, depending on their role, will be required to work in the office at all times. According to managing partner Sharon White, the firm seeks to encourage productivity and efficiency while retaining top talent.
