Kennedys launches new Melbourne office

Kennedys has launched a new office in Melbourne, the firm’s second location in Australia. Michael Kavanagh has been hired from Lander & Rogers to serve as head of the new location, and he will be joined by special counsel Nicholas Blackmore, who will be transferred from Hong Kong for the office launch. Managing partner Nick Thomas said the new office opening signals the firm’s commitment to expanding its operations in Australia. The new office will help the firm serve clients within Australia along with international clients.
