Conor Warde joins Mayer Brown JSM from Clyde & Co

Clyde & Co ship finance and transactional head Conor Warde has joined Mayer Brown JSM. He will work in the firm’s banking and finance practice in Hong Kong. While at Clyde & Co, Warde worked on corporate finance and investment matters within the ship finance and maritime realm. He joined the firm in 2013, and previously worked for US firm Blank Rome in the firm’s Washington DC and Hong Kong offices.
