Pillsbury hires disputes partner Deborah Ruff from Norton Rose

Norton Rose Fulbright international disputes partner Deborah Ruff has been hired by US firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Ruff became a partner at legacy Fulbright and Jaworski in 2012, prior to the firm’s merger with Norton Rose in 2013. Upon joining Pillsbury, Ruff will launch a disputes practice in the firm’s London office in addition to leading the firm’s global arbitration practice. Pillsbury litigation head Deborah Baum said Ruff’s qualifications are ideal to help the firm expand its international arbitration practice to London.
