Clifford Chance hires two new partners in Washington DC

Clifford Chance has hired two new partners in the US, expanding its presence in the firm’s Washington DC office. The new hires include Glen Donath and Joshua Berman, who both join the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. The firm has also brought on Joshua Fitzhugh as counsel in the Washington DC office. Berman joins Clifford Chance from a position as deputy general counsel at the United States Department of Commerce, while Donath joins from Katten Muchin, where he was a partner. Fitzhugh previously worked in the US Department of Commerce’s international trade administration, and also previously held a position in the State Department Office of Legal Affairs.
