Indonesian firm Makarim names new managing partner

Indonesian firm Makarim & Taira S. has announced that Lia Alizia has been named as the firm’s new managing partner. Alizia takes over from Rahayu Hoed, the Jakarta-based firm’s previous managing partner. Hoed will remain with the firm and take on a new position as senior partner. Prior to becoming managing partner, Alizia served as a partner in the firm’s corporate, commercial and litigation arm.
