Kennedys to launch in Bangkok with new hires from DLA Piper

Kennedys has brought on DLA Piper partner Suraphon Rittipongchusit for the launch of the firm’s new office in Bangkok. Rittipongchusit was an insurance partner at DLA Piper, and will lead the new Kennedys Bangkok office. He will be joined by fellow DLA partner Supreedee Nimitkul and senior associate Tassanu Chutikanon. Ian Johnston will relocate from Kennedys’ Singapore office to Bangkok. The Bangkok office will become the sixth in the Asia Pacific region for Kennedys, where the firm says Thailand is an increasingly important market.
