Kennedys Legal Solutions has hired Chong Eng Wee from RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. Wee will join Kennedys as a partner in the firm’s Singapore office. Wee focuses on corporate matters, such as capital markets, M&A, corporate governance, contracts, joint ventures, restructuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate and securities laws. He started his career with Withers KhattarWong as an associate in 2009, and oater served as associate director at Duane Morris & Selvam.
