UK 200 independent firms nearing £1.5bn revenue threshold
According to a new report released by The Lawyer on 9 October, independent firms in the UK 200 are close to reaching a collective revenue total of £1.5bn.
Of the firms ranked 101 to 200 in the list, revenue increased by 4.8 per cent to £1.47bn in 2016/17 from £1.41bn in 2015/16. If the cohort continues to increase revenue at the current rate, it will soon be able to surpass the £1.5bn mark.
Of the entire UK 200, revenue was up by 9 per cent last year, reaching a record high of £23.5bn.
