Clifford Chance hires Latham tech partner in Singapore
Clifford Chance has hired Luke Grubb of Latham & Watkins in Singapore. Grubb joins as a partner, and focuses on matters involving telecommunications, media, entertainment, retail, financial institutions, and manufacturing. Grubb spent 15 years at Latham, and previously worked at the London office Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. His experience includes IP, cybersecurity, fintech, data privacy, payment systems, M&A and JV matters, and commercial contracts.
