Wiggin takes over London IP boutique Redd

Wiggin has merged with London-based IP boutique Redd, forming a new combined firm of more than 60 lawyers. Redd was founded in 2004 by Sara Ashby, Simon Chalkley and Charters Macdonald-Brown. The firm focuses on intellectual property matters related to global brands. creative works, designs and technologies. According to Wiggin CEO John Banister, the merger is part of the firm’s larger growth strategy.
