DAC Beachcroft announces new remuneration structure

October 27, 2017 DAC Beachcroft has implemented an updated remuneration structure, which is meant to reward the firm’s top performers.

The changes follow a consultation by David Pollitt and Virginia Clegg, who serve as managing partner and senior partner, respectively. The changes will funnel a larger proportion of profits into the firm’s merit pool, which will be allocated accordingly to top performing partners.

According to Clegg, the updated remuneration structure is one component of a larger business review that the firm has undertaken.
