Kochhar brings on Khaitan partner in Bengaluru

Abhilekh Verma has been hired by Indian firm Kochhar & Co, where he will work in the firm’s Bengaluru office. He joins the firm’s corporate commercial practice as a senior partner. Verma previously worked at at J. Sagar Associates as a partner, and most recently co-founded PAV Law Offices. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign inward and outbound investment, and other corporate matters.
