Helen Colquhoun of Withers has been hired by DLA Piper as head of the firm’s employment practice in Hong Kong. During her tenure at Withers, Colquhoun served as head of the firm’s Hong Kong employment practice and served as special counsel. She focuses on employment matters such as remuneration schemes, handbooks, contracts, hiring and terminations, secondment and expatriate topics, and restructurings.
