Keystone Law to be listed on London Stock Exchange
Keystone Law is slated to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), making it the third UK firm to do so. Law firms Gateley and Gordon Dadds are the current UK firms listed on the LSE.
As of October 2013, Keystone Law operates as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS). CEO James Knight said the firm’s decision to list on the LSE will help it to achieve its goals for future growth. The firm’s shares will be available for trading as of 27 November.
