Ellex merges with Primus in Baltics

Baltic firm Ellex has merged with Primus, a firm based in Estonia. The move will help Primus to expand its presence as the largest Baltic-based law firm network. The merger, which goes into effect on 1 January 2018, will see Ellex member firm Ellex Raidla merge with the Estonian arm of Primus. The combined firm will include a total of 60 lawyers in the country, and will operate as Ellex Raidla.
