Shook Lin finance specialist joins A&O in Singapore

Finance specialist Prakash Raja Segaran has been hired by Allen & Overy in the firm’s Singapore office. He joins the firm as a partner from local firm Shook Lin & Bok. While at Shook Lin, Segaran focused on banking and finance, energy, natural resources, and debt capital markets. In addition to working on matters for clients within Singapore, he also works on cross-border matters involving China, India, and Southeast Asia.
