Aviva appoints Alison Gammon new legal boss in UK

Insurance company Aviva has announced that Alison Gammon will take over the role of UK legal boss, replacing Monica Risam. Gammon joins Aviva from Bupa, where she served as legal director. She worked at Bupa for five years, and previously held positions at Allen & Overy, Barclays, and Legal & General. Risam joined Aviva in 2011, and her departure from the UK legal boss role was announced in November.
