Clyde & Co in talks with potential Sedgwick hires

Clyde & Co is reportedly in talks with a number of potential hires from Sedgwick, which is slated to close early in 2018. The hires would help Clyde to increase its presence in the US. Although Clyde & Co has not confirmed names of potential hires, insurance litigation partners Alexander Potente and Bruce Celebrezze are reportedly among the lawyers in talks with the firm. According to a Clyde & Co spokesperson, the firm will primarily focus its US expansion efforts in California, where the firm operates offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Long Beach.
