HK-based Denise Jong named APAC managing partner of Reed Smith

Reed Smith has named Denise Jong as the firm’s new Asia-Pacific managing partner. Jong is based in Hong Kong and currently serves as global corporate practice co-chair. In her new role, which is effective 1 January 2018, Jong will replace Roger Parker, who served as managing partner of Reed Smith’s Europe, Middle East and Asia operation from 2007 to 2016. Jong has been with Reed Smith since joining as a trainee in London, and has been a partner since 1998.
