Macfarlanes names Sebastian Prichard Jones as next senior partner

Macfarlanes has named its next senior partner, two years before current senior partner Charles Martin is slated to step down from the role. In 2020, Martin will be succeeded by Senastian Prichard Jones, who currently serves as a private client partner in the firm. Martin is in his fourth term on the leadership team at Macfarlanes, and will have led the firm for 12 years when his current term ends. The firm announced the succession plan two years in advance to give its clients and internal teams an idea of where the firm is headed in the next few years.
