O’Melveny Asia M&A head Puff joins Shearman & Sterling’s Hong Kong office

Former O’Melveny and Myers’ Asia head of M&A practice Gregory Puff has rejoined global law firm Shearman & Sterling’s Hong Kong office as a partner. Puff was an associate in Shearman & Sterling from 1993 to 2002. In his new role as a partner, he will cover M&A matters in Hong Kong, China, Tokyo, Singapore and South East Asia.
