Pinsents promotions round: female proportion down

March 21, 2018 Pinsent Masons has announced its 2018 promotions round, making up 23 partners.

Of the 23 partners being made up – seven more than last year – only a quarter are female, even as the firm maintains its goal of 30% female partnership by 2020. Last year 68% of the firm’s promotions were female, helping it to achieve 25% female representation a year ahead of its 2018 goal.

Seven of Pinsents’ promotions this year are in London, with partners being made up in Australia, China, France, Germany, and Dubai.
