Allen & Overy to launch training scheme for tech talent
Allen & Overy (A&O) has announced the launch of a London-based graduate scheme centered on project management and legal technology.
The scheme, designed to bring in young technical talent, offers positions to four candidates with economics or STEM degrees. The program, which will not lead to solicitor qualification for its participants, will begin in September.
A&O’s legal project management head Louise Forrest and advanced delivery technology head Kevin Oliver both made statements lauding what the firm hopes to be a symbiotic relationship between the participants and the firm. The participants will receive in depth training, and the firm will gain exceptional talent.
