Clifford Chance reappoints corporate head for second term
Clifford Chance has reappointed its global head of corporate, Guy Norman, for his second term in the role.
Norman’s second term will begin 1 May and take him to 2022. He was first elected in 2014, filling the shoes of Matthew Layton, who was moving on to assume the role of Clifford Chance managing partner.
This is not the first of the firm’s important managerial elections this year. After two terms as the London office managing partner, David Bickerton stepped down, making way for banking and capital markets partner Michael Bates to take over the position.
