Just ahead of the firm’s 30th anniversary, next month it will join three other UK law firms in going public. Those firms are Gateley, which was first listed on AIM in 2015, and Gordon Dadds and Keystone Law, both of which went public last year.
Rosenblatt chief executive Nicola Foulston called the firm’s new direction towards embracing AIM “an exciting step,” emphasizing that the funding will be put to use building the firm’s dispute resolution practice, which Foulston sees as a market with potential for a great deal of growth.
