Freshfields fills China leadership role with KWM hire
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has recruited King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) competition partner Hazel Yin as co-head of its China competition practice.
The Beijing-based partner has made a name for herself in the competition sector, focusing on merger control and regulatory investigations for multinational and Chinese clients.
In joining Freshfields she will co-head the China competition practice with Ninette Dodoo. She’ll also be collaborating with the firm’s Asia competition co-heads Alastair Mordaunt, based in Hong Kong, and Kaori Yamada, based in Tokyo.
